Low impact workouts are great for building up strength and muscle endurance slowly over time without putting too much stress on the joints. Here is a 20-minute low impact cardio workout that are great for beginners to begin training their body or getting some exercise in your day. This cardio workout is a standing workout and does not require you to jump. Follow along and get your heart rate up!
