We all know that getting a good night’s sleep is beneficial to your body. Your body will thank you after as you would feel refreshed and recharged for the day ahead. Not only do you feel more alert and focused, a good night’s sleep can also help with your body’s vital systems – especially for your brain!

Your brain remains active while you sleep but in different ways than during your waking hours. It is important to allow your brain to fully perform its functions while you sleep, which is why a good quality sleep with a decent duration is needed to ensure that this process is done to its fullest potential.
